Heihei is a beautiful completed piece and was fun to put together. However, he is quite fragile. Several times during the build, his legs, feet, and feathers popped off while attaching other pieces and securing him to the base. Unlike many other Legos, I would not feel comfortable playing with Heihei with my three-year-old grandson. It will have to be one that is only for display.

I love Hei Hei, and bought this set as soon as I saw it, but it is sadly such an unstable set. Any movement is high risk of some part falling off, especially from the body. I have considered gluing this set together to keep parts from coming off, otherwise this set has to be placed somewhere and not touched at all. Still love it though.

We bought this one because we have a cat we call HeiHei and it helps my husband with maintaining his fine motor skills. The posing and overstated eyes are a nice touch, and the feathers are very realistic!

I liked building this, but believe this is not for a young child as it was quite tricky at times to build and way too expensive for a child. It’s definitely not a play piece as a little too fragile to be played with. The end result however is great and lovely as a display piece only.

I had gotten to bag 2 & realized I was missing 2 bricks. I disassembled and put back together and every brick was accounted for. Cool build but it’s not very sturdy. But overall I like it.
